We provide emotional support and practical advice to anyone affected by a crime. Our CYP team provide direct support to children aged 4-17. Our adult team can provide support to anyone over 18. We can support if the incident is in the past and if its been reported to Police or not.

Victim Support is a national charity, we are locally commissioned to offer support to young people and adults affected by crime. Support is tailored to each indviduals needs, we can also support clients to access other local services which might benefit them depending on their needs.
Who can use this service?
The service is available to any person impacted by crime across Essex including Thurrock and Southend. This service is free.
How are services delivered?
Most of our support is delivered over the phone, text, or email. In some cases we can offer face-to-face support.
