We provide women-only referral pathways; meaning when you initially contact CARA you will only ever talk with, or meet women workers. Most of our team are women, but support from a male counsellor can be provided on request.

CARA is a registered charity working with adults of all genders, young people and children from across mid and north Essex.
How are services delivered?
We offer face-to-face, online or telephone sessions.
