If you are struggling with memory loss and awaiting formal diagnosis, or if you've has a diagnosis and have unanswered questions, our fully trained and compassionate team can talk you through any worries and concerns. If you have not registered with Dementia Support before, click ‘get a referral ID’. It only takes a minute or two to register, and you can then use the referral form using your email address straight away.
Through Dementia Support our expert Dementia Advisers provide information, practical guidance and support to help those living with dementia cope with day-today challenges and prepare for the future, connecting them to the right support, at the right time, in the right way.
Dementia support can be provided via telephone or face to face.

The dementia support line is open Monday to Wednesday 9am -8pm, Thursday and Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday and Sunday 10am to 4pm.
