Next Chapter is a domestic abuse charity working across Colchester, Maldon, Chelmsford, Braintree, Uttlesford and Tendring to provide free and confidential services to support people who are currently experiencing or have previously. experienced, domestic abuse. We can help with practical support and advocacy; advice and guidance and we can also support you emotionally to talk through your experiences and help you move towards empowerment and a life free of abuse.

Who can use this service?
Men, women and children who have been affected by domestic abuse.
How are services delivered?
Outreach support - face to face support in the community to survivors no matter what point they are at on their journey. Refuge accommodation - we also offer accommodation for women who have been affected by DV but who also have an addiction to drugs or alcohol.
