CHESS Homeless
Our rough sleeper team respond to all Streetlink alerts for rough sleepers and provide on street support and outreach services. We work across Chelmsford to provide accommodation and outreach services. We attend Epping Community Hub on a Monday (1.30pm - 4pm) for face to face advice.
