As well as offering a range of services to meet the needs of those suffering from mental ill health, our focus is also preventative, providing support for those who would like to enhance their life chances. Our mantra is ‘Be More’, as we believe that by enabling people to tap into their resources they have the opportunity to grow as individuals - regardless of their age, and past/current circumstances. We achieve this through:

  • Children and Young People - We deliver Well Kids (7+) & Well Youth (11+) clubs which include: arts and crafts, games, pool, sports and music. We also organise monthly physical challenges including coastal bike rides, 5km mud run, badminton to name a few.
  • Positive Education. We offer work experience and volunteering opportunities for people who are neurodiverse.
  • Wellbeing for adults - We have activities including: Cup of Kindness Group therapy session, Walk 4 wellness, MEN'd bikes, Tai Chi and seated yoga.
