Home Start Mid Essex: Family Support Groups

Our family group is available to support families who want to meet other parents, build connections and gain peer support from others. Each session is a free-flow play session for parents/carers to play alongside their children. We have available craft activities, messy play, a range of toys, free children's snacks, and stories and nursery rhymes at the end. Mums, dads and carers are able to chat with our friendly staff and volunteers. Plus, they can help themselves to donated bakery items, tinned food, clothing and toys at the sessions.
