Essex Police - Prevent and Protect Fraud Team
The Essex Police Prevent and Protect Fraud Team provides advice, guidance and support to all victims of fraud. The team includes three Fraud Coordinators and a dedicated Prevent Officer, working together to reduce harm, safeguard victims and prevent further loss. They offer practical support, reassurance and signposting to services, helping individuals recover and build resilience following fraud.

For further information about the service, or to access support, fraud prevention Officers can be contacted directly for advice, prevention guidance and victim care. the team works within the essex Multi agency Aproach to Fraud (MAAF) part of Safer Essex, a countywide partnership focused on reducing harm and improving community safety.
