St Francis Community Pop Up Food Store

We are a mobile social supermarket which ‘Pops Up’ in two different locations across Chelmsford and unlike traditional food banks, which require proof of benefits or a referral to access their services, the St Francis Community Pop Up Food Store operates on a membership model that is open to everyone. For an initial sign-up fee of £10, members receive a reusable shopping bag that acts as their membership card. Each visit to the store costs £6, allowing members to fill their bag with groceries worth approximately £20-£30 as needed.

We are at St Andrews Church in Melbourne on Tuesdays 2-4pm and at St Augustine's Church in Springfield on Thursdays 11:30am-1pm. Please note- this service is limited during school holidays. For up to date information it is always best to check our Facebook page.
