Enjoy fun exercise that is modified to individuals specific requirements so all stages of physical ability are catered for. Fun, physical activitiy that helps with mobility, balance and wellbeing. Meet new people in a friendly and informal setting. Refreshments are not provided, please bring a bottle of water to keep hydrated.Plenty of free parking.
