Tickers

Ticker’s Cardiac Support Group is a self-help organisation providing physical exercise classes to people recovering from heart attacks or suffering from cardiac problems generally. Clients are referred to us via Broomfield Hospital and local GP’s to enjoy the benefits of exercise classes supervised by trainers qualified with the British Association of Cardiovascular Prevention & Rehabilitation. Partners are very welcome to attend as well. The classes are designed to improve physical fitness, increase self-confidence and provide social interaction with others who have had similar experiences.
