Blossome

Blossome is a welcoming community for adults affected by someone else’s drinking, drug use, gambling or other addiction. We offer group support, drop-in self-care activities and structured self-care and self-compassion programmes. It’s a place to meet others who understand, build supportive friendships and learn practical ways to care for yourself, regulate difficult emotions and calm your nervous system. Through creativity, connection and compassionate support, we help people remember their own wellbeing, feel less alone, become more resourced and better able to find steadiness, even when life around them feels uncertain.

Slow Stitching

A monthly gentle creative session where each person stitches a word or message of their choosing onto their own square. Experience the calming effects of slow stitching as you embroider your own message of hope, resilience, or personal significance. Overtime, all the individual squares are stitched together, each voice still its own, but part of something shared. A beautiful reminder that we can belong without losing ourselves.
