At Mid and North East Essex, you can self refer to our private one-to-one counselling sessions if this is what feels right for you. We also have a low cost counselling service for those who qualify for means-tested benefits. All our counsellors are either accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) or are actively working toward their accreditation, ensuring they meet BACP’s high standards.
