Mind : Mid and North East Essex : Private Counselling
At Mid and North East Essex, you can self refer to our private one-to-one counselling sessions if this is what feels right for you. We also have a low cost counselling service for those who qualify for means-tested benefits. All our counsellors are either accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) or are actively working toward their accreditation, ensuring they meet BACP’s high standards.
Our dedicated admin team will contact you with a suitable appointment for you.
