Mind in Mid and North East Essex: Welcome Cafes

Our Welcome Cafes, across Mid and North East Essex, provide a warm, safe space where you can enjoy a coffee or tea and chat, play some games or try our arts & crafts. No pressure, just relax and make new friends.

The Welcome Cafés are by referral only and are not a drop-in. To register please complete the online self form HERE before attending.

The offices of Mid and North East Essex Mind will close on the 24th December 2024 at 5pm and will reopen on the 2nd January 2025 at 9am.

However, in North East Essex our Sanctuary service will be open throughout this period for usual times.

Who can use this service?

People over 18 years old living in Mid and North East Essex.

How are services delivered?

Face to face. The Welcome Cafés are by referral only and are not a drop in.
