Heart and Sole walks
Heart and Sole is a free health walk scheme, run by volunteers with support from our Community Sport and Wellbeing Team. Come and walk through some of Chelmsford's most beautiful countryside, while you get fit and meet like-minded people. We offer a variety of routes, running on a different days. Most walks run for around 45 minutes at a moderate pace.

In-person, volunteer led walks.
