ACL: Mental Health Recovery Programme
ACL learners (19+) have access to a diverse range of accredited and non-accredited courses which encourage creativity, healthy lifestyles, social inclusion and engagement and our Mental Health Recovery Programme features a suite of FREE two and six week courses for residents and those people working in Essex who may be struggling with low level mental health issues, or wanting to improve their health and wellbeing through a variety of courses which are co-delivered by highly qualified tutors.

Courses are delivered within our friendly college centres (Chelmsford, Colchester, Clacton on Sea, Harlow and from September in Basildon, Maldon and Harwich) and online (AM, PM & Saturdays).

How are services delivered?
The courses are fully funded with no fee payment required by learners. Each session lasts 2.5 hours and courses are offered at different days and times.
These courses are offered face-to-face at ACL centres in Chelmsford, Colchester, Clacton on Sea and Harlow, or online for anyone anywhere in Essex.
