Carers Choices - Silver Birch Centres cater for all stages of dementia and older people, ensuring exceptional care through brain-stimulating activities. This includes group activities like singing, dancing, arts & crafts as well as quizzes and day trips to keep everyone entertained and involved. We provide carers with a well-deserved break while their loved ones receive expert dementia support. There is a charge for these services.

Our Day Centres are commissioned by Essex, Southend and Thurrock county councils for individuals; people can also self-refer by contacting us and arranging a free taster session/needs assessment. If you would like FREE advice on what you are entitled to and the route to get a social care assessment please raise a referral through Frontline.

Anyone living in Essex, Southend and Thurrock.
Day centre rates from £89 a day. Clients can pay privately or we can provide FREE advice on what you are entitled to and the route to get a social care assessment.
How are services delivered?
In our specialist day centres located in Benfleet and Wickford. Transportation is also available at an additional cost.
